  • For their 2nd annual summit, Global Citizen needed to pull off a series of intimate, high-stakes events - but the clock was ticking. On a tight timeline, the team needed to carefully curate a list of world leaders, activists & celebrities for strategic convenings designed to drive concrete solutions for global challenges.

    We quickly stepped in, creating a centralized system to streamline decision-making and ensure nothing could fall through the cracks. Acting as the on-the-ground producers, we managed everything from complex venue logistics and collateral design to guest communications and run-of-show.

    The result was a seamless experience where the focus stayed on the policy, not the production. The five events - “From Ideas to Impact” cocktail hour, Global Menstrual Equity luncheon, Global Nations breakfast & “Food For Thought” breakfast - each created a space for the conversations that rarely happen but desperately need to.

Democratic Victory PAC

Turning a cultural moment into a high-impact, strategic fundraising opportunity

  • Democratic Victory PAC wanted to capitalize on the energy of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix to create a strategic political fundraising & networking opportunity.

    We oversaw the entire production, serving as the central point of contact for seven partner organizations, each with their own ticket allocations, VIP requirements & stakeholder expectations. We managed RSVP systems, coordinated hotel accommodations, handled special security details, fielded partner inquiries & ensured every detail aligned with budget constraints.

    In addition to logistics, we made sure to elevate the experience. Between races, we created unique engagement opportunities & curated programming to keep guests talking. From gift bags to branded touchpoints, we delivered an experience that strengthened relationships, supported down-ballot races, and reinforced the PAC’s role as a connector across progressive organizations.

  • 508 Operations built a multi-million dollar business with a strong reputation in the event production world, but their digital presence didn’t reflect the caliber of their work.

    We developed a comprehensive strategy spanning website optimization, content development, email marketing & social media to establish a foundational a digital footprint. We reignited dormant social media profiles with a consistent posting schedule & content calendar, optimized their website content & built a network of backlink profiles, and launched a regular newsletter to establish regular check-ins with past & potential clients.

    By translating operational excellence into a clear, keyword-rich narrative, we helped 508 Operations attract new business, reinforce credibility & compete more effectively in a crowded market.

Amplifying a neighborhood bar’s emergency food pantry into a story of community care.

  • When COVID-19 shut down New York City, The Armory transformed its Brooklyn bar into a community food pantry in partnership with a local elementary school. It was grassroots community support at its finest, but we knew amplification beyond the neighborhood could drive additional resources.

    Through strategic media outreach & leveraging our connections, we secured meaningful press that reframed a local response into a story of collective action.

    The coverage attracted additional donations from the public & the support of Lyft, who provided meaningful contributions that allowed the Armory to keep the food pantry running during NYC’s shutdown.

  • After a challenging period in the New Jersey market, The Botanist needed to reconnect with budtenders & buyers, hoping to rebuild trust through something tangible. The brand chose to host an in-market event that would remind people why they loved The Botanist. We were brought in to bring the concept to life.

    Working with a Halloween-inspired direction, we developed an event concept & engagement strategy then went to work creating a truly memorable experience. We optimized the floor plan to facilitate conversations, procured & designed all the decor & branded styling & developed engagement activities (games, silent scary movie screenings, & incentivized feedback opportunities) that would keep people engaged while creating natural brand touchpoints.

    On site, we managed full setup and teardown, transforming the venue into a witches’ den hidden in a haunted forest, packed with spooky surprises that made people want to explore, linger, and most importantly, connect with The Botanist team.

    The result was an experience the client called “beautiful, inviting, and most of all, fun.” Months later, budtenders were still talking about it—a clear signal that the event had done what it was meant to do.

  • Founded by Webby Award-winning digital content creator Dillon St. Bernard after his celebrated "Young People Address The Nation" campaign, Amplify Pledge is an impact-driven storytelling network uplifting historically excluded youth activists. In the lead-up to the 2024 presidential election, they brought us in to help expand visibility, partnerships & long-term impact for their civic engagement work.

    We consulted on partnership development with aligned brands, nonprofits & advocacy organizations, tapping our network to best connect with on-the-ground activities. In collaboration with their PR team, we advised on engagement strategies at political events & content curation . We also worked closely with Amplify Pledge to refine messaging, helping them talk about politics in ways that felt authentic, accessible & resonant with target audiences.

    Looking ahead, we supported future growth by developing a detailed go-to-market strategy, including MVP product considerations, a roadmap for expanding the creator network & outreach guidelines with tailored messaging by partner type. The result: a clearer path forward for a platform built to uplift youth activists.

  • Full transparency: we're not unbiased about Korean K9 Rescue. As proud adoptive parents to dogs we rescued through their organization, we brought both professional expertise & personal investment to support their inaugural drag brunch fundraiser.

    We partnered with the organization's leadership to develop a comprehensive strategy that would maximize both monetary donations & community awareness. Fundraising events live or die on the details, so we focused on three areas: securing high-value, attractive raffle items, implementing proven on-site tactics to encourage spontaneous giving & leveraging our media relationships to secure coverage that would reach beyond their current supporter base.

    The event exceeded fundraising goals, introduced Korean K9 Rescue to new potential donors & created a blueprint for future events that balanced entertainment with impact.

Reframing the expertise of an Olympic swim coach for the specialty food import industry.

  • Taycte was facing the challenge of breaking through the crowded specialty food market. They needed more than great products, they needed a story to make people pay attention.

    Taycte had a secret weapon: co-founder Kajo Kajevic, a former Olympic swim coach. What does coaching elite athletes have to do with importing balsamic vinegar? Everything. Both require the ability to identify true excellence, understand what separates good from exceptional, and commit to standards most people can't even perceive. That discerning eye was Taycte's differentiator — and the story we built their brand around.

  • As Scale To Win prepared to launch a next-generation peer-to-peer texting platform ahead of the 2024 election, they needed a name that could carry both innovation & credibility in a crowded political tech landscape. The new tool had to communicate value to campaign managers who make fast decisions under pressure.

    We conducted deep competitive research, interviewed internal stakeholders & evaluated shortlisted naming options through the lens of industry norms, differentiation & long-term scalability. Through collaborative workshops, we explored word iterations that captured the product’s core attributes & strategic purpose.

    Because Scale To Win continues to grow, they needed a brand architecture that could grow with them. To support rollout & cohesion across their offerings, we developed preliminary brand icon concepts, helping visualize how this new product would integrate seamlessly into their evolving suite.

    We partnered with TeamCraft to advise on a give-back incentive program that aligned their business goals with meaningful community impact. Supporting regional homeless shelters & veterans organizations, the initiative invited TeamCraft’s largest clients to participate in causes that mattered to the company.
